★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención postventa de la vendedora Claudia Villarreal, al principio todo muy amable y una vez que se liquido todo prácticamente deja de contestar y solo da largas. Una de las persianas que compré no ha quedado instalada, llevo más de 3 semanas de que se liquido todo y no me han podido entregar el producto por una mal medición del espacio.
Si piensan comprar con ellos asegúrense que no te toque Claudia Villarreal, pide cambio de vendedor, me lo vas a agradecer después.
Lousy after-sales service from the seller Claudia Villarreal, at first everything was very friendly and once everything was settled, she practically stopped answering and just dawdled. One of the blinds that I bought has not been installed, it has been more than 3 weeks since everything was liquidated and they have not been able to deliver the product to me due to a bad measurement of the space.
If you plan to buy with them, make sure Claudia Villarreal doesn't touch you, ask for a change of vendor, you'll thank me later.
