Major wifi issues and have lost water a couple time since we have been here.

Looks good on the surface, but I've had major problems with the WiFi during my one month stay. The manager was not eager for any sort of refund, although I couldn't hold any zoom conferences in my own apartment and instead had to buy expensive day passes for co-working spaces with zoom booths (digital jungle 39 USD for 4 hours). The internet speed is in deed not bad. But the WiFi routers and repeaters they installed are so poor quality that the connection literally gets cut off every 5 minutes. It's a horror show for those who work from home. Very disappointed with the overall management. Noise complaints were ignored, cleaning service (38 USD) was sometimes great but sometimes sloppy, we were initially given one key for three people in a 6 PAX capacity penthouse apartment and none of the concierges took care of it, even after demanding copies for a whole day. Copies were then made after two days. I made a whole list of complaints in order to provide context when speaking to the manager. Turns out he doesn't care. I attached some of it here for transparency purposes.

Friendly staff and updated interiors. Good location. Only hot water runs out after maybe 100 seconds, no wifi reach in second bedroom and incessant, constant beeping by food carts (being in middle of itzamna) heard loudly from early AM (forget sleeping in or working) till sundown. Work in progress.

New development equipped with all the modern necessities, 24 hour security in lobby. New commercial and community vibes. Great place to stay, close to everything. Thinking about buying a place here soon... Each building has great customer service and bilingual staff. ??

Concierges totally useless, had several issues with the electricity, water and bikes, looks like they were not concerned at all. + 24/7 noise from the other apartments, had to manage by my own

Beware.. do not stay or buy here. Everything is broken and maintenance is inept. Laundry out of order, elevator is broken and gym is utterly useless. Not to mention the appliances were out of order as well. Lobby was kept clean as well as the pool.

Nice place at the first look but it's just not finished yet. The gym is empty and useless, the elevators and laundry room is out of service and the power went out for a whole day. Can be a nice place after everything is finished.
