Excelente línea aérea para viajar

Muy mal experiencia con ellos, ya que me enferme de COVID-19 y no me quieren devolver el dinero de mi pasaje y se supone que no puedo volar a ninguna parte mientras este enferma.

En lo que respecta a horario y precios.... Exelente servicio.

Muy mala Experiencia , mala aerolínea, mala atención, retrasos, falta de información del personal que labora en la aerolínea.

Worst company ever. Deserve minus 200 stars !! You believe you will pay less but at the end you ll pay much more that any other company. Disrespectful staff, 3h late on average, extremely uncomfortable.! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

We had a horrible experience using this airline. They charged $143.00 for one checked bag which they didn’t tell us about until we were checking in for the flight. The line was very long to check in it took us at least an hour. The plane was late. We had a connecting flight with the same airlines in Mexico City headed to Chicago. It was difficult to find the gate number we had to stop at an information desk to ask. At the gate there was zero pedestrian control. People were all over the gate. The staff did not use a microphone and did not update any flight info. When my family of 5 was up to scan our tickets they asked for our immigration permits. At no point were we notified that we needed these permits. We had 4 and couldn’t locate the 5th. The rude and unhelpful employee at the gate said that the person without the permit would have to stay. He offered no help or suggestions. This caused my children distress. Luckily we found the permit. We didn’t have time to eat dinner at the airport. We planned to purchase a sandwich on the flight. They ran out of sandwiches so we had chips for dinner. Finally, someone threw up on the plane and it was not cleaned up right away. We will never fly this airline ever again.
