La peor aerolínea, el servicio y personal lo peor. Perdida de dinero y tiempo con ellos.

Pesimo servicio!!!!! Lo peor! La verdad no te dan soluciones alternativas, quise cambiar una fecha de vuelo y si con gusto pero me los cobraban dobles! Los agentes telefonicos no saben la informacion me.ofrecieron un boucher y le pregunté mil vexes si podia hacer uso de él y comorar boletos a diferentes nombres y siii señorita y hablo y nada!!! No se puede! Y me tienen 40 minutos en linea para escuchar ellos la grabación a ver si era cierto la mala información y si! Y me cotizan vuelos nuevos que en linea me salian 300 pesos mas baratos que los cancelados y ellos me los cotizaban 500 pesos mas caros por persona! No no no! Pesimo servicio! Por esp México no avanza! En lugar de ayudar a loa clientes los perjudican

Pésimo servicio. Su aplicación no nos dejó hacer checkin y al llegar al aeropuerto 40 min antes dijeron que se había cerrado el sistema 5min antes. No nos dieron solución ni la mínima respuesta por parte del "supervisor". Mal mal mal. ?
