t	tania potato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT RIDE WITH VIVA AEROBUS!!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. My family and I had plans to fly from TJ and have a connecting flight to Monterrey and then to Cancun. At the TJ airport they told us that the connecting flight from Monterrey to Cancun was cancelled. They said Viva Aerobus would be able to accommodate us in Monterrey. Once the plane landed they told us that there was no more space on other planes flying to Cancun and told us to book a flight the next day at 6pm (it was 2pm when we landed) My family including 5 other families were left without a flight and a place to stay. The other families didn’t even know the flight from Monterrey to Cancun was cancelled. Viva Aerobus did not send an alert or email that the flight was cancelled whatsoever. The flight attendants said they would not reimburse us for our lost reservation for the night and a hotel to stay at. The flight attendants didn’t even know why the flight was cancelled. Horrible experience.

C	Celia Monte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible airline. Flights were delayed BOTH ways with NO communication or re-imbursement of our time or delays. Cust Serv seemed to find amusing when asked why post was not updated..said it was delayed 20 minutes but was an HOUR with nothing being said of delay.

Had a layover here, my bag was lost and almost every flight was delayed all that and the personnel has no customer service. There was no changing table for parents to use at the restroom. So you can imagine stuck here and not even being able to change your baby adequately.
B	Based Bot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the worst service I’ve ever had. We took off 2 hours late on our first flight, and instead of holding our next flight for 20 minutes, they shut the doors early and about 60 people were left without a flight. Instead of rebooking us for a flight at 6 am like they told us, we had to wait 24 hours for another flight out. We asked to get transferred to another airline but again no help. However, our flight the next day was canceled and we had to wait 8 hours for the next one.If this sounds fun to you then I can’t recommend this airline enough.
F	Felecia Williamson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save yourself and DO NOT book with viva aerobus!! Worst experience of my life!! Very nasty airport! The gates smell rancid! They will not accommodate any needs for you! If you do not speak Spanish do not book with them. There has not been a single person through this airline that has been able to speak English. And as you could imagine makes it impossible to do anything! They leave when they chose! We had a flight that was supposed to leave at 8:25am after waiting 12 hrs in airport all night after multiple delays, in perfect weather. They did not let us on the flight because we where “late”. We had been there all night and where at are terminal by 7:20am a hole hour before the time it was supposed to leave. The flight left at 7:30 and they did not let us on the flight. We had to wait an extra 9hrs for the next flight out, in the nastiest smelliest airport I have ever experienced. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! Awful food. Awful bathrooms.
S	Sendy Monarrez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very long lines and though they have a lot of personnel to help checking in, they still take a long time. Terminal is ok but not to the standards of the other two terminals in MTY. And their arrivals is TERRIBLE. There is no AC and they only have two people in the passport control section — so imagine the super long line!! Then to get your suitcases after that becomes chaotic.
R	R V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inexpensive way to fly, but they will up charge you for any, little thing. So a "carry on" you carry and if you have to check it in cause you have a bottle, well to make that change its 33 bucks at the counter..... do not go over by one ounce, that will be another up charge. Any changes made at the counter will be 3x more at the counter....so weigh your luggage and make sure it is the item you paid to carry when you made the reservation.......paying and extra $50 for checking it in and a few more ounces ruins your day.... The planes are snug but, clean..no complaints there.
