H	Hugo Daniel Meyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hicimos el tour a Isla Mujeres. En primer lugar tengo que decir que este fue el tour peor organizado al que he asistido. Detalles abajo: 1. El tour debería haber salido a las 10, en un bote privado, al final salimos en ferry pasadas las 10:30. Te venden la idea de bote privado, y lo que hacen es ir a la taquilla de ferry y comprar con documentos mexicanos los tickets de ferry, de esa manera les sale más barato, alrededor de 140 pesos mexicanos. 2. Un poco antes de que empiece el tour viene el supuesto capitán y dice que porque iremos en ferry, tenemos que pagar 70 pesos más por persona, ya que ir en el ferry era algo que ellos no tenían planeado para ese día, pero que para nosotros es una SÚPER VENTAJA ya que podriamos volver a la hora que quisiéramos. 3. La organización por parte de el "capitán" es un desastre, vas tarde a todos lados, te tiran en la playa por una hora, luego te llevan a hacer snorkel por 10 minutos y luego te llevan a comer a un lugar donde tienen un tiburón gata encerrado en una piscina para que la gente se pueda sacar fotos con el pobre. 4. Luego de comer, debían llevarnos de vuelta al puerto para que tomemos el ventajoso ferry de las 16:00. Al final llegamos a las 17 al puerto y acabamos tomando el ferry de las 18:00. 5. Cabe mencionar que en isla mujeres nos movian en una lancha con más de 20 personas cuya capacidad era claramente de como mucho 15 personas, y por lo tanto, íbamos apretados como sardinas. El guía insuperable, la comida increíblemente buena y la visita guiada a Chichen super interesante, con guías que de verdad te trasmiten todo su conocimiento. Además, te llevan a un cenote para poner el broche de oro final al día y también se visita la ciudad de Valladolid. Más completo no podría haber sido. Con ganas de realizar otro tour con Vive Cancún y 100% recomendable para todos! A tour of ten from start to finish. C	Christel Soler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La contratación con una tal Cindy fue penosa, super mal educada y groseratodo el tiempo y diciéndonos que aunque hiciésemos el pago en las próximas horas (piden transferencia vía OXXO) no nos garantizaba tener lugar en la Excursión. A la mañana siguiente nos tuvieron UNA HORA de reloj en el muelle para tomar los barcos.nos hicieron estar a las 10h para salir a las11h, intolerable. Esta reseña lleva 3 estrellas porque el patrón de nuestro barco fue muy atento y agradable en todo momento. Nos sobró la hora y media libre en isla mujeres donde recibes un acoso constante por parte de todos los vendedores del lugar. Te tratan como si fueras una máquina de hacer dinero, y si no les compras te miran mal y te hacen gestos. Es lamentable que se trate así al turista en un lugar que vive al 90% de éste. We had an hour and a half left in Isla Mujeres where you receive constant harassment from all the vendors in the place. They treat you as if you were a money-making machine, and if you don't buy from them, they look at you badly and make gestures at you. It is unfortunate that tourists are treated like this in a place that lives 90% of it.
G	Gema López Martín on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizamos la excursión Tour Chichen Itzá, Cenote Ik Kil, Suytun, Valladolid y quedamos muy contentos. Son una empresa de fiar con años de experiencia. Lo único que cambiaría sería estar más tiempo en Chichén Itzá y no pasar por Valladolid, hay muy poco tiempo libre en Chichén y la explicación es escasa, no da tiempo a conocer todo el recinto, solo lo más importante y es una pena. Algunas teorías que explica el guía no tienen fundamento científico, solo son creencias de los pueblos preispanos (Mayas). El que cree en chamanes y todo eso le va a gustar. The visit was good. H	HUGO ARLEY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son una agencia que revende los tour de un operador llamado 13 Baktum el cual tiene un pesimo servicio, adquiri el tour a Tolum y de 12 horas de tour solo estuvimos 30 minutos en el sitio y solo 5 minutos para tomar fotos, el resto del tour es solo para venderte productos repelentes calendaruos mayas, limpias de chaman, tequila etc. Una perdida de dinero. No lo recomiendo, mejor hacer el tour por cuenta propia. The places we arrived were astonishing great, but the tour operator is such a horrible. 1) The bus is from outside looks new, inside the seats are very close to each other, at the back of the bus the Air Conditioner makes a real Ice age period, while at the front it is ok. I told the guide about 6 times concerning that we are freezing, people were really dressing up towels. The biggest problem that you cant control the ac by the adjustable air flows, there are vents that are unadjustable. So i had it taped with adhesive tape!!!!! The guide was a real deack and said that their system cant be warmed up eaven by a 1 degree and the fliw cannot be adjusted too. My god what a hell ride was that. 2) Concerning the guide - hes name is MIKE. He doenst know how to work and speaks monotonic language so i felt asleep most of the time and others dont listen him either 3) places that we visited shaman, souvenirs is ridiculous. An hour wasted time on 6 times overpiced flea things, but for Villabodos town there were 10 minutes!!! ( and 8of them i was looking for adhesive tape to paste the vents of the conditioner) Arghh if i was able i would post - minus! 5 stars! The cenote and chichen were great but this doenst concern the operator service it is the heritage of mexican people.

They super on time (I left from Tulum and the pick up was 7h and they showed up at 7:03h!), great and funny people working with them, the food was great and had vegetarian options at the restaurant, they really don’t stop at shops and you have enough time to enjoy all the stops that the tour makes. Highly recommend it!
