★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es hermoso el problema es que la mayoría renta no están los dueños y por lo mismo no cuidan los jardines y el lugar como debe ser muchos padres de los q rentan no le ponen reglas a sus hijos y destruyen muchos lugares y esto pasa en todos los nuevos fraccionamiento de Tizayuca por eso sí vas a comprar piénsalo antes de comprar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay servicios cercanos, dentro de la unidad, se pinchó mi motocicleta y tuve que empujarla por más de media hora para poder encontrar una vulcanizadora y todo porque las tortugas que tienen como topes dentro del fraccionamiento no están bien puestas y con los tornillos o clavos que están sujetas fueron causantes de la pinchadura
There are no nearby services, inside the unit, my motorcycle got punctured and I had to push it for more than half an hour to find a vulcanizer and all because the turtles that they have as stops inside the subdivision are not well placed and with the screws or nails that are subject were the cause of the puncture

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super.. aunque hay algunos propietarios que no vive en sus casas y las rentan, algunos inquilinos son un desastre, no cuidan las casas y no respetan las reglas del fraccionamiento. Pero definitivamente es un lugar de los mejores en la zona. Seguro y bien cuidado.
