★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal para vivir, disque hay área verde pero está todo feo con dos juegos lleno de tierra, las casas mal hechas, la colonia tiene dificultades para el transporte y las calles están todas sin pavimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas están pequeñas y más o menos, eso sí, hay detalles que hay que aclarar con la constructora sobre la calidad de las casas. Es tranquilo, sin embargo, ya hay problemas de inseguridad por la gente externa que se mete al fraccionamiento. La pavimentación de las calles va super lenta, además de que el diseño de éstas está mal hecho, son demasiado angostas y ya lo dijo el mismo personal del ayuntamiento.
The houses are small and more or less, yes, there are details that must be clarified with the construction company about the quality of the houses. It is quiet, however, there are already insecurity problems due to external people who enter the subdivision. The paving of the streets is going super slow, in addition to the fact that their design is poorly done, they are too narrow and the city council staff themselves already said so.
