They were responsive throughout the entire processes, patient, and accommodating. It only got better from there.
We arrived to coffee and a snack plus pictures.
The captain was very professional and explained the whole process and what to expect.
Once in the air we had the greatest experience, the captain answered any and all questions we about how balloons work and the temple.
When we landed we toasted with champagne.
I cannot say enough about my experience. The pictures they took to document came out amazing. I cannot recommend this company enough! So nice, friendly and professional.
