★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio del personal (una señora gandaya que atiende la tienda). Mandamos a hacer unas macetas de cantera, no pudimos recogerlas hasta luego de tres meses de haberlas pedido. Ellos tardaron un mes en hacerlas. No querían entregarnos la mercancía ni nuestro dinero, alegando que quizás ya no las tenían (lo cual era mentira) y el depósito se perdía a los dos meses. Es decir, la astuta mujer pretendía embolsarse $1,170.00 pesos sin haber hecho absolutamente nada. Obviamente no nos conformamos con sus "inteligentísimos y lógicos" argumentos y la mujer "accedió" a hacernos el gran favor de buscar nuestras macetas. Las encontró en dos segundos. La mercancía que tenía expuesta era tal cual LA MISMA que tenía hace tres meses... aunque según la señora trabaja muchísimo y está ocupadísima como "todos". Muy muy mal. No recomiendo este negocios al menos que cambien a esa señora. Hay muchos negocios alrededor que ofrecen lo mismo... no tiene uno la necesidad de ir a este lugar a que lo traten mal.
Terrible service from the staff (a gandaya lady who runs the store). We sent to make some quarry pots, we could not collect them until after three months of ordering them. They took a month to make them. They did not want to give us the merchandise or our money, alleging that perhaps they no longer had them (which was a lie) and the deposit was lost after two months. In other words, the cunning woman tried to pocket $ 1,170.00 pesos without doing absolutely nothing. Obviously we were not satisfied with his "very intelligent and logical" arguments and the woman "agreed" to do us the great favor of looking for our pots. He found them in two seconds. The merchandise I had on display was just the SAME I had three months ago ... although according to the lady, she works a lot and is busy as "everyone". Very very bad. I do not recommend this business unless they change that lady. There are many businesses around that offer the same ... one does not have the need to go to this place to be treated badly.
