Les falta a sus empleados, jardineros y asistentes o recepcionistas mucha pero mucha capacitación, no saben de calidad del servicio, no saben de trato al cliente, no saben de disciplina y puntualidad.
Me entregaron el pasto un día tarde y 4 horas mas tarde desde el segundo acuerdo, me entregaron el pasto seco. El chofer se estacionó y pidió que bajaran el pasto porque hasta ahí abarcaba el flete. Tuve que comprar yo una carretilla para que mi jardinero llevara el pasto a la parte de atrás de la casa y con lo seco que está no sabemos que vaya a pasar.
Les compré el mejor pasto que venden pues necesitánamos un pasto resistente y me lo entregaron seco!!!
NO es posible encontrar este tipo de servicios donde se nota que los dueños no están al pendiente de sus empleados y del trabajo pésimo que realizan. A la capacitación hay que invertirle.
No es posible que existan negocios como este!!!
Terrible treatment, very unfulfilled, lousy quality !!!
They lack their employees, gardeners and assistants or receptionists a lot but a lot of training, they don't know the quality of the service, they don't know about customer service, they don't know about discipline and punctuality.
They handed me the grass one day late and 4 hours later since the second agreement, they handed me the dry grass. The driver parked and asked to lower the grass because it covered freight up there. I had to buy a wheelbarrow for my gardener to take the grass to the back of the house and how dry it is we don't know what will happen.
I bought them the best grass they sell because we need a tough grass and they gave it to me dry!
It is NOT possible to find this type of services where it is noted that the owners are not aware of their employees and the lousy work they do. Training must be invested.
It is not possible that there are businesses like this!
