Quedaron formalmente en llegar en la fecha acordada, a cierta hr. Un día antes hablamos para confirmar y confirmaron. Una hr después de la hr acordada, como no llegaban, fuimos al vivero y nos dijeron que ya iban, que solamente estaban esperando que llegara la escalera. Nunca llegaron y dejaron de contestar el teléfono y bloquearon mi número. Total falta de seriedad, profesionalismo y respeto. Obviamente, ya tenemos otro servicio.
We spoke to request a landscaping service several days in advance, mentioning that we can only be at that location on certain days. They formally agreed to arrive on the agreed date, at a certain hr. A day before we spoke to confirm and they confirmed. One hour after the agreed hour, as they did not arrive, we went to the nursery and they told us that they were already going, that they were only waiting for the ladder to arrive. They never came and they stopped answering the phone and blocked my number. Total lack of seriousness, professionalism and respect. Obviously, we already have another service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasamos de tener un par de plantitas a un montón de ellas. Los precios son excelentes y me encanta que seguido llegue gente, la atención es regular por tanta gente que llega y el poco personal con el que cuentan.
Cuando fui no encontré macetas aunque se que si las venden. Los árboles son geniales y sus plantas bien cuidadas.
Llevar efectivo no cuentan con terminal
We went from having a couple of little plants to a bunch of them. The prices are excellent and I love that people arrive often, the attention is regular due to so many people who arrive and the few personnel they have.
When I went I did not find pots although I know they do sell them. The trees are great and the plants are well cared for.
Carry cash do not have a terminal
