★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buenos tacos de cochinita y muchos otros platillos. Lo malo es que cierran temprano (como a la media noche o un poco más)
Su estilo es Yucateco y ofrecen además de agua de horchata un refresco de Yucatán, El Cristal de Cebada, que no es del gusto de todos, pero muy buscado por los oriundos de allá.
Este es un puesto de Food Truck, pero siempre está en la misma esquina de Tlaxcala casi con Insurgentes y ponen varias mesitas de plástico y una lona entre los teléfonos y postes.
Además de tacos, te pueden preparar, tortas, bagueetes, tostadas, volcanes, costras, panuchos, burritos con la variedad de guisados: cochinita, relleno negro, bisteck, pastro, cecina, pierna, lechón, chilmole, uuufffff y me faltan varios más.
Muy recomndable
Very good cochinita tacos and many other dishes. The bad thing is that they close early (like midnight or a little more)
Their style is Yucateco and they offer in addition to horchata water a soft drink from Yucatan, El Cristal de Barley, which is not everyone's taste, but very sought after by the natives there.
This is a Food Truck stand, but it is always in the same corner of Tlaxcala almost with Insurgentes and they put several plastic tables and a tarp between the telephones and posts.
In addition to tacos, you can prepare cakes, bagueetes, toasts, volcanoes, crusts, panuchos, burritos with the variety of stews: cochinita, black filling, steak, pastro, cecina, leg, piglet, chilmole, uuufffff and I am missing several more .
