Lugar familiar con servicio de spa Good hotel. Clean, service is meticulous, this restaurant is tasty. You can ask for a boat for 30 minutes or 1 hour which is fun. Family place with spa service

El Clima de la habitación no enfriaba y el Gerente aceptó que le Faltaba carga y nos cambio de habitación,, el cual tampoco servía. La respuesta fue que nadie se había quejado antes. Para colmo en la mañana siguiente después de esperar el desayuno por bastante tiempo nos dicen que el chef no fue y nos dan huevos salados. Al regresar al hotel encontramos ropa Interior que no era de nosotros en la habitación. Y para colmo la alberca sucia muy sucia. No lo Recomiendo. It was a very bad experience. Nothing to do with what you see on the internet. The Room climate did not cool and the Manager accepted that Load was missing and we changed rooms, which did not work either. The answer was that no one had complained before. To make matters worse, the next morning after waiting for breakfast for a long time, they tell us that the chef was not there and they give us salted eggs. Upon returning to the hotel we found clothes Interior that was not us in the room. And to top it off the very dirty dirty pool. not it I recommend.

La atención súper bien, la gente de servicio en general atentos para lo que necesites, muchas felicidades!!!! Nos la pasamos muy bien!! 100% recomendable. D	Dr. Seuss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An extremely beautiful lake side resort. Everything here is cheap when compared other resorts in Mexico and the USA. They have this nice glass pool that goes over the small dock. And the staff here is friendly but they only speak Spanish as it is a small secluded resort.

I look forward to staying there again and having a POSITIVE experience and writing about and photographing it. Santiago clearly understands hospitality.
