1.si no está la de recepción nadie te atiende
2.los vendedores no te dan seguimiento y te evaden
3.cuando recolectas piezas tardan 1 hora en atenderte
Y le pongo 2 estrellas por qué tienen un sillonsito en recepción medio cómodo para esperar todo el tiempo que se tardan en atender
The worst customer service
1. If there is no one at the reception, nobody attends to you
2. sellers do not follow you and evade you
3.when you collect pieces it takes 1 hour to assist you
And I put 2 stars why they have a comfortable armchair at the reception desk to wait all the time they take to attend
