★ ★ ★ ★ ★ prometen dar reembolso y compresión con respecto a pagos pero nada que ver, son mensualidades mucho mas caras de lo que te dicen y no te reembolsan ni el 20%. Aparte se tardan meses en dar respuesta
They promise to give reimbursement and compression with respect to payments but nothing to do, they are much more expensive monthly payments than they tell you and they do not reimburse you even 20%. Besides, it takes months to respond

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio.Mi viaje se tuvo que cancelar debido a la situacion sanitaria.LLevo pidiendo el rembolso aunque no sea completo desde la fecha del 16 de Marzo y hasta el dia de hoy viernes 10 de abril del 2020 no me han dado nada, se tardan años en contestan los mensajes por whatsapp, el mail no lo conetstan.Ademas de que solo dan como 10% de rembolso de un viaje de 2,000 dolares ellos te devuelven 2oo y pues se roban tus otros 36,000 pesos aprox.La verdad jamas volvere a contratarlos y cancele mis eurotrips que tenia con ellos.En vez de tratar de ayudar y atender al cliente te responden muy groseros si tienes suerte de que contesten y ademas no cuentan con politicas de cancelacion fvaorbales al clinete como otras empresas .Es una advertencia no contarten el servicio con ellos de verad que yo tuve una pesima experiencia y yo que viajo muchismo jamas habia tratado con una empresa menos responsable, cordial y profesional. Tengan cuidado con su dinero y no confien en ellos.Gracias y que tenga un buen dia a usted que acabo de leer esto.
Very bad service. My trip had to be canceled due to the health situation. I have been asking for a refund even if it is not complete since the date of March 16 and until today Friday April 10, 2020 they have not given me anything, they take time years in answering the messages by whatsapp, the mail does not conetstan. Besides that they only give as a 10% reimbursement of a trip of 2,000 dollars they return you 2oo and then they steal your other 36,000 pesos approx. The truth will never hire them again and cancel my eurotrips that I had with them.Instead of trying to help and serve the customer, they respond very rudely if you are lucky that they answer and also do not have fvaorbal cancellation policies to the client like other companies. It is a warning not to tell the I really had a very bad experience with them and I, who travel a lot, had never dealt with a less responsible, friendly and professional company. En el viaje de mi hija prometieron electrolitos diarios, no los dieron; hubo información faltante en cuanto al hotel, además las fiestas en discoteques no son privadas, meten menores de edad a lugares de adultos y no me parece correcto. Un día en uno de esos lugares hubo una "redada" y a mi hija la dejaron. En el aeropuerto tampoco había nadie y les pedían "un adulto" a los chavos para hacer el check in.
Organization fails. On my daughter's trip they promised daily electrolytes, they didn't give them; there was missing information regarding the hotel, in addition the parties in discos are not private, they put minors in adult places and it does not seem correct to me. One day in one of those places there was a "raid" and my daughter was left behind. There was no one at the airport either and they asked the kids for "an adult" to check in.
