★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pague 1000 pesos mx, para reservar un vuelo en globo para 4 personas, no soy de México, madrugue pero en el peaje el gps me envío a Pachuca, me tocó dar un vuelta muy larga para poder llegar al destino, al llegar me indican que no puedo abordar el vuelo en globo, les di la explicación del por qué, el vuelo no había partido pero no se podía, les dije que bueno que lastima que por favor me devolvieran el dinero, lo cual no me regresaron, me parecen unos ladrones, siempre con la doble intención de quitarle la plata al turista. Son sólo gente desleal, nada profesionales. Dan asco
I paid 1000 pesos mx, to book a balloon flight for 4 people, I'm not from Mexico, I got up early but at the toll the gps sent me to Pachuca, I had to take a very long ride to reach the destination, when I arrived they told me that I can't board the balloon flight, I gave them an explanation as to why, the flight hadn't left but it wasn't possible, I told them that it's a shame that they would please give me my money back, which they didn't give me back, they seem like thieves to me , always with the double intention of taking money from the tourist. They are just disloyal people, not professional at all. They are disgusting
