NEVER BUY TICKETS HERE! No matter how much you THINK you're saving, they nickel and dime you to death. Flight was 2 hours delayed and I got the worst apology I've EVER had in 2 languages. Don't provide complimentary anything, charge $3 for a cup of Ramen or soda.

It may deserve maybe 2 stars, but I put one because flight was 2 hrs delayed and nobody from Volaris ever uttered the words: were sorry for this terrible delay Not any kind of apology, no power outlets I’ll seek other airlines to flight with

Absolutely TERRIBLE airline. Worse than Ryanair and that is a feat. Staff are rude and incompetent. The booking system is clunky. I seriously don't know how Volaris is operating as a "professional" airline. Avoid at all costs.

They're all terrible, Volaris included. They are fighting Profeco to charge you try carry a bag on their planes, as though people fly all around the world just carrying a toothbrush. I had one of their employees straight up lie to me once and I never forgot that. I still use them because they're all bad. No matter which national airline you pick it will catch up with you eventually.

Flight left 45 minutes before time stated on ticket and they made me pay extra to get another flight then i had to pay for them to print the ticket and when i was wait for my flight it was delayed 30 min. I will never fly on this airline again and i dont recommend you do ether.

Zero ! Website offline since a day. Couldn't change my flight due to this. No answer from support on any of the channels. Lost my money and had to book another plane (obviously not with them). Also not able to onboard people correctly at the airport, a complete mess at the gate. Last time we fly with volaris...

It's a good airline. Cheap. The checking area it's a bit tight, the atmosphere it's warm very quickly as soon as you go in there to check in your bag. The planes seats are a bit stiff, after a few hours sitting down you start to notice how uncomfortable the seats are.

I lost a fly because of their crew, today more than 100 people lost their fly, and that’s in a one hour time lapse, $2700 to change a fly because they won’t let you board, if you call them that won’t give you any help, they are just there to make you lost your time so you can pay them more! The worst airline
