★ ★ ★ ★ ★ , buen piloto. Pero....Las sobrecargo bastante desatentas. En el menú que ofrecen no había nada(solo refresco al tiempo y jugo), el cual lo ofrecen en pesos y dólares y no traen cambió. Muy incómodos los asientos y los pasajeros se cambiaban de lugar sin control. Bastante mala experiencia
 good pilot. But.... I overload them quite inattentive. In the menu they offer there was nothing (only soft drinks and juice), which they offer in pesos and dollars and they do not bring change. The seats were very uncomfortable and the passengers changed places without control. pretty bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't have my boarding pass printed and a young gentleman assisted me on a easier and faster method of doing check-in on my phone through the app Volaris. He took his time and helped me. All the employees were very attentive to your needs and concerns. I definitely received extraordinary customer service from Volaris in the Guanajuato airport. Thank you Volaris!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst airlines and worst customer service in the world. My wife with and infant and 6 year old daughter had to go 2 times to the airport at night to find out their flight was cancelled. TWO TIMES in a row. 2 times struggling with car seats and transportation and drama and crying and all kinds of Hussle. They don't even have a customer service phone to speak to one of their employees, it'll just transfer you to a WhatsApp conversation without a real person on the other end. I seriously don't know how such a terrible airline is allowed to work in the US or internationally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say that my previous experiences with Volaris were not very pleasant. This last time however, the experience left a great impression and noticed an immense difference. Thank you to all the staff I met and interacted. I wish I could had gotten all of your names but did not mean to be invasive. Everyone delivered an outstanding service and a few you went above and beyond your duty with professional and personal service. Happy to say that the difference is noticeable and I am extremely grateful to each of you. Appreciated and wish I could thank all of you personally. Keep it up and don't lose the great service.
