Stuck in Guadalajara for 8 hrs because they overbooked our flight to Tijuana. To top it off they made us pay to check in our bags, didn’t let us use their VIP lounge to wait in for the inconvenience and gave both of us a $10.00 voucher for the trouble ? never in my life have I ever experience such terrible customer service.

the space is very limited. We are in a pandemic and small table was not even clean, it was filthy. I pay almost a full ticket to fight with my pet on board and the space designated for her carrier was smaller than a regular plain and very suffocated. I could not even put my feet strait in order for my pet to fit. They have the worst costumer service and they do not even offer water.

Volaris this company charged me 300 pesos 16$ for a boarding pass of a ticket i already paid online, the plane is outdated dirty and dont even offer a glass of water i have traveled i all the airlines in us and mexico this is the worst ever if you want to have a bad experience travel with them i never heard no airline charge me for a boarding pass in Guadalajara

We had a really bad experience today. The land crew is not aiming to help. We arrived 40 minutes before our flight in the airport and land crew informed we should be 2 hours before (it was a National flight from Guadalajara to San Jose del Cabo)… so, they forces us to buy another ticket to a flight two hours in the future. problem is the the suggested flight needed to go do Mexico City and the no los Cabos(on the other hand our bought flight was direct to the destination), so it faced huge delay in cdmx hub and we went out needing to spend an extra day in Mexico City… Basically flighting with them destroyed our vacations. I would rather pay 2 or 3 more times in any other company than ever having to flight again with this company.

I dont understand why u have to pay 30 dollers for your boarding passes ?? This flight company has to be the worst !!!!! They are super money hungry they will charge u for every single little thing and on top of that there planes are all not great I would not recommend flying with them at all, take a bus better then flying with them ,please don't fly with them they are the worst ,save your money !!!!!!! I don't rate them not even 1 star !!!!!!

OKay look. By personal experience I don't like this airline much. I mean it's affordable if you don't want to waste more money on other airlines. First, many years ago a brother of mine that was going back to the US wasn't able to fly due to "not being 5" which was very annoying, especially because he had a few days left to turn 5. My grandmother had to waste tons more of money just for him not being able to fly. also some foreshadowing, when he was traveling to GDL, they did not care if he was 5 or not they just let him pass. OK two, they're planes are infested with mosquitos which can be annoying!!! They also have such tiny space for your legs to rest or even for your bags. I wouldn't recommend this airline much though.

Oh my. This is difficult. The seating is horrible. I'm short and it's a tight fit for me. I do have to say, their pilots are very skilled. The air service sucks. On one part of my trip they didn't serve drinks until the flight was almost over. There's NOTHING complimentary AND you have to pay for a carry on in addition to checked luggage!!! Wow! I would rather fly a more expensive airline for all the benefits and comforts I expect, not to mention adequate leg room, especially for my 6 foot tall husband!

learn by the hard way I posting this for you that don't need to come across with this horrible situation please be aware if you are buying tickets through third party companies will be so hard to get help even with Polaris on its official webpage. this is my story. the time when I tried to talk to costumer service was around 5:30 am and my flight was around 9:30 since I have transportation issues and I was away 3 hr from the airport this I wanted to talk to them, but for my big surprise this is what happen to me I let the screenshoots for the conversation I have.
