★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, 5 horas se retraso en un vuelo y por eso perdí el vuelo de conexión a mi destino y no te dan una solución, si tu cancelas o cambias fecha te cobran pero cuando ellos hacen estos cambios no te hacen ningún reembolso. No lo recomiendo para nada
 Terrible service, a flight was delayed for 5 hours and that's why I missed the connecting flight to my destination and they don't give you a solution, if you cancel or change the date they charge you but when they make these changes they don't give you any refund. I do not recommend it at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio excepto el cuestionario de salud que te hacen llenar en la aplicación en ocasiones tarda en la cargar y sugiero que den una hoja para llenar que en mi caso me lo negó el guardia que checa ese cuestionario
Very good service except for the health questionnaire that they make you fill out in the application, sometimes it takes time to load and I suggest that they give a sheet to fill out, which in my case the guard who checks that questionnaire denied me

Wanted to charge 45dlls for 2lbs of over weight......even when I had paid to ba able to put 200 lbs. It could only be in bulks of 50lbs. I had in total 52lbs. And they got very rude when instead
