pesima atención,
pesimo cumplimiento
eviten enviar mercancía por volaris.
jamás contestan el teléfono,
nadie te puede dar status de envio, y cuando lo hacen te dicen puras mentiras.
llevo 3 dias de retraso mi envio y contando,
siempre con la respuesta que mañana vuela mi mercancía, sin embargo sigue atorada en cdmx.
ALTERNATIVAS,
viva carga o aero carga o aeromexpress
terrible service,
lousy attention,
lousy compliance
avoid sending merchandise by volaris.
They never answer the phone
nobody can give you shipping status, and when they do they tell you pure lies.
I'm 3 days late on my shipment and counting,
always with the answer that tomorrow my merchandise flies, however it is still stuck in cdmx.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seria de 10 si no tardarán en darte tú comprobante dos horas. Siempre es igual, el personal ea amable, el precio económico, pero ese detalle debe solucionarse.
It would be 10 if they don't take two hours to give you your proof. It is always the same, the staff is friendly, the price is affordable, but that detail must be resolved.

NO ENVÍEN POR AQUÍ NADA, todos los empleados adentro muy buenos pero las dos personas de la entrada hacen todo el proceso un INFIERNOO!!!! No entiendo como contratan gente que ODIA con todo su ser hacer su trabajo! GROSEROS, nefastos, confunden con sus “instrucciones” en mi vida recomendaría que alguien pierda su tiempo y dinero en este lugar. Háganse un favor y envíen sus cosas por otra parte
YEARS sending things here and today A BULLSHIT!!! DO NOT SEND ANYTHING HERE, all the employees inside are very good but the two people at the entrance make the whole process HELL!!!! I don't understand how they hire people who HATE with all their being to do their job! RUDE, nefarious, confused with their "instructions" in my life I would recommend that someone waste their time and money in this place. Do yourself a favor and send your stuff elsewhere.
