★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with their service, you have to pay extra per person to get your boarding pass, they want to charge extra for everything, very disorganized, rude staff, they didn’t restock on most of their snacks, flight attendants skipped my isle a couple of times and harassed my husband about his facemask because it was different we even had a rough landing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volaris sells sits more than once. I will never pay for sits that may not get. There is no supervisor at the airport who can resolve issues. No one returned any money for the sits I paid. An employee adviced me to call customer service. However, nobody answers the phone.
