J	Janis Sanz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena, pero mi vuelo se canceló por falla del motor el avión llamado Los ruelas, lo que nos obligó a quedarnos dos días más en Chetumal. Volaris corrió a cargo de todos los gastos (hospedaje y comida+ vuelo) y el personal a pesar que nunca les había pasado algo así, se portaron muy bien. The service is good, but my flight was canceled due to engine failure the plane called Los ruelas, which forced us to stay two more days in Chetumal. Volaris was in charge of all expenses (lodging and food + flight) and the staff, although something like this had never happened to them, behaved very well.

Presumen ser los más puntuales del país pero nada que ver, sus productos son de chiste parece tienda de abarrotes andante y con mala calidad además. Sobrevenden vuelos y tienen a la gente esperando, no dan respuesta la sala de Chetumal es tan pequeña que la gente está amontonada (no es su culpa pero si deberían mejorar la atención al cliente). Mi marido no se pudo quedar en la boda porque no había manera de salir de este agujero el domingo ni lunes y el tiene un compromiso el lunes en cdmx. Voló hoy sabado con aeromexico, yo vuelo el lunes con viva. Los boletos del ultimo momento nos salieron carisimos. Los 5 asesores de infolinia de volaris, nos colgaban uno tras otro cuando empezabamos exigir que nos dieran alternativa de vuelo para domingo. Nunca jamas volare con esta aerolinea y no recomiendo a nadie comprar sus boletos, que la vida se encargue de cobrarle a sus dueños las cochinadas que hacen. Buena tarde. The 5 infolinia advisers from volaris hung up on us one after another when we started demanding that they give us an alternative flight for Sunday. Retrasan el vuelo y en la app no se actualiza, además de que te dejan esperando, te apresuran para abordar para "llegar a tiempo" a sus siguientes vuelos.
