La peor aerolínea de México. Me cambiaron el vuelo de 6 pm a las 9.pm y ahora resulta que está atrasado una hora. Pésimo servicio, no viajen con ellos

Otro vuelo muy demorado y aun no llega el avión. No te dan tu compensación después de la larga espera, te mienten, son groseros, y te vas con tu enojo muy tarde. No lo recomiendo. Terrible experiencia.
Another very delayed flight and the plane still hasn't arrived. They don't give you your compensation after the long wait, they lie to you, they are rude, and you leave with your anger very late. I do not recommend it. Terrible experience.

As tus compras con tiempo o online más económicos los precios tienes 24-48 horas para cancelación no cobro extra si lo ases con un agente te cobran básicamente por todo cobran por servicios extras métete a volaris.com ahí están los detalles es importante el número de recervacion o de confirmarcion de cancelación para cualquier cosa k transcurra..
As your purchases with time or cheaper online, the prices you have 24-48 hours for cancellation, no extra charge, if you do it with an agent, they basically charge you for everything, they charge for extra services, go to volaris.com, there are the details, the number of recervation or confirmation of cancellation for whatever happens ..

Esto verdaderamente es una BASURA de aerolinea. No entiendo como tienen negocio con tan pésimo servicio. Tienen 1 trabajo y es ofrecer servicio, no venden aparatos ni ropa, venden servicio. ¡y son malos en ello! Nos movieron el boleto sin avisarnos por 3 horas, originalmente despegar a las (6:00pm) después de llegar a la nueva hora (7:00pm para partir a las 9:00pm) se retraso hasta las 10:00 casi 11:00. Se quejan tanto de restricciones por covid y tienen a 150 personas en un miserable cuarto con 50 sillas por 4 horas bola de ridiculos. El precio aunque es barato no vale la pena tolerar esta incompetencia.
This truly is airline GARBAGE. I don't understand how they have business with such lousy service. They have 1 job and that is to offer service, they do not sell gadgets or clothes, they sell service. And they are bad at it! They moved our ticket without telling us for 3 hours, originally to take off at (6:00pm) after arriving at the new time (7:00pm to leave at 9:00pm) it was delayed until 10:00 almost 11:00. They complain so much about covid restrictions and they have 150 people in a miserable room with 50 chairs for 4 hours ball of ridicule. The price although cheap is not worth putting up with this incompetence.

Over prize for luggage fee for one luggage and the flight from tijuana to culiacan was a disaster. The flight was 1 hour delay and because we where not there at the time to get all luggage checked in by a certain time they would not take my luggage at the baggage check in had send go through security and dispose all of the liquids out because they where more than 3oz. When try to check my luggage the plane had not arrived yet. When i got to the terminal , i even waited 40 minutes to get on board. They person at the terminal checked my luggage in but i threw away all of the liquids away. I am not upset of the delay i am upset of the way they handle the luggage situation and the over prized fee coming back home.
