El código QR, no está actualizando No llegan las notificaciones Los empleados evaden su trabajo y todo esto hace perder tiempo, aún cuando los vuelos estén retrasados, no dan soluciones, dan problemas MAS QUE PESIMO SERVICIO No se merecen ni 1 estrella Pero como no me permite publicar sin estrella, ni modo

No quiero poner ninguna estrella, pero como lo exige la página, tendré que poner una. La aerolínea volaris pésimo servicio de atención al cliente, las personas que atienden en ventanilla, dejan todo para ir a barrer y limpiar el avión próximo a salir, (No tienen personal para limpieza?) dejando a los clientes sin asesoría, no tienen espíritu de servicio.

Muy buena opción para viajar. Precios muy buenos comprando con tiempo. Felicidades!

Están en buen estado sus instalaciones, aunque en el caso de que requieran rentar un vehículo, las agencias se ponen muy chocosas para arrendartelo, muchos pretextos, es mejor tomar un taxi, excelente servicio?

Worst airline on the planet

Paid $300 to fly out 2 people only to be told I couldn’t fly because I was supposedly late even though it was a domestic flight and didn’t have to be there that early. Terrible customer service.

Volaris doesn't apply social distance!!! I'm so surprised that passengers they don't follow rules but this company neither !!!

I had bought the additional service where we could change our flight in case we needed to and we were also offered by volaris to change the flight because of covid. Originally we had our luggage included and had chosen our seats. But after we changed the flight now we only had our luggage included one way. They claimed it was because of "policy" but they changed their "policy" that no longer included luggage AFTER we bought our tickets. They also claimed that we needed to pay to add the services AGAIN if we wanted seats and luggage but we mysteriously still had our seats added only on the return flight. So it was as if they picked and chose which services were still added to our tickets. We told this to the supervisor and he kept telling us the same thing over and over that it was policy and that was what happened when we changed our flight. He even tried to "educate" me and tell me our seats automatically get chosen once we check in which was complete baloney because those seats were assigned to us BEFORE the check in. I told him this but he had no answer and just kept saying the same thing, that it was policy. He ended up just leaving and was of no help at all. I know they are just the employees and don't make up the supposed "policy" but it is still on them for working for such a terrible company that scams their customers.
