★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do your online check in, they charge $150 pesos for giving you a boarding pass!! That's insane, also this airline charge a high price for overweight luggage. My flight was announced to be delayed and they said will give updates so I almost miss my flight because they never did, so better pay attention what's happening around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slowest check in process ever. The attendant kept trying to make us download a questionnaire that we had ALREADY completed...same as everyone else. But only after it failed multiple times did he finally accept the confirmation email that indeed we filled out the attestation questionnaire...OMG. I am willing to bet that people missed their flights. The process was horrid.
