No estoy segura si depende de ellos pero hubo un retraso de 3 horas del vuelo a CDMX fue espantosa la espera. I thought it was a good area line, good attention, the staff knew how to explain doubts. I'm not sure if it depends on them but there was a 3-hour delay on the flight to CDMX, the wait was horrible.

El servicio de bebidas tiene costo, si pagas en efectivo tienes que llevar exacto, por Dios quien carga ya efectivo en la era digital? Si pagas con tarjeta y no la desbloqueaste antes, ya caminaste, por último la distancia entre asientos debe ser la mínima permitida, de plano vas super incómodo, casi sientan al siguiente pasajero en las piernas del pasajero de la fila anterior y lo último sus asientos premium son las salidas de emergencia, eso sí me dio risa. Por eso Volaris califico como de las peores aerolíneas del mundo, por que cobran bien pero reducen sus costos pasándole incomodidad a sus pasajeros, solo me pregunto si así está lo que se ve, que hay con el mantenimiento. En fin, lastima que haya hoy solo tres opciones en el mercado, viva, volaris y Aeromexico. Mientras sea así, siempre recibiremos poco, Aeromexico la verdad es aparte. Si requieren facturar, mejor ni se molesten en tramitar su factura porque simplemente no se las van a proporcionar. Mis compañeros y yo nos cansamos de llamar y enviar correos.
