The people who are checking us in say that we can't bring a 2 year old without buying a ticket we were there 3 hours early and she said we would have to buy a ticket so we said we would and then she said oh it's to late you should have been here 3 hours earlier I'm not coming to an airport at 2:00am for a flight that leaves at 8:00 am DONT FLY VOLARIS absolutely awful experience especially when no one speaks English

Last year they cancelled my flight and they put me in another flight 4 hours later. Supposedly to compensate the passengers they offered vouchers for $2000 pesos. After a couple of months I tried to use my voucher to get a plane ticket but it didn't work, then I called but they said it was already used. Plain fraud, such crooks.

PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE VOLARIS. 1. They constantly delay their flights, and they don't even let you know!!! They would change time, dates, or even cancel it but won't even send out a single email! You're there to figure it out, so since 2 days before your trip don't even think about sleeping and do all you can if they haven't changed or canceled your flight and oh so forgot to tell you. I found it out at AIRPORT!!!! 2. The most MISERABLE airline ever. They don't even include you any documented bag in international flights, yes, ANY! and they charge you a price if you pay when booking, a higher price after booking, higher price at check in, and still unbelievably, higher price if they measure your in-flight bag and if its bigger than their measurement. Is this sort of a game or what? Oh and normal-internationally commonly known in-flight bag will not be accepted. They only accepted a purse sized bag as in flight baggage. 3. WORST of all, they say as if they're doing all this nonsense for your own benefit - because their prices are so "transparent" and they won't charge you anything that you don't need. Who on earth doesn't need a checked baggage on international flight?!?! It's only $10 cheaper than aeromexico, go for aeromexico, better airplane, better service, they give you food and drink!!! At least they're at least very well aware of that they're serving not people come to pay them and serve. SHAME ON YOU VOLARIS

I bought the flight insurance that was supposed to pay $100USD if the flight departed late, which it did. Called to claim my $100USD because the late departure impacted my additional travel plans and they tried everything to tell me I hadn't purchased it, the flight wasn't late, etc etc etc, after DAYS of calling them they finally gave me a voucher code for $1000 pesos (should have been $1600+ due to exchange rate at the time). I went to use the voucher this week and they are denying that the voucher exists. I speak perfect Spanish so no confusion. I am writing in English so their foreign potential customers can know about the indiscretions of this airline. Really giving honest Mexican people and businesses a really bad name.

This is one of the worst Airlines in Mexico, starting from the page that crashes during the booking process, and the worst part is that flight are always delayed, so if you have to be on time do not use it. The compensation for the delay is only a volaris credit that is limited to a month from the date of the incident. Not recommended at all.

During my flight my phone was either lost or stolen and Volaris has done very little to help me check if anybody has found it at their airline. I also got charged 8 USD for showing up less than 2 hrs before my flight took off.

Flights attendants need to smile more, They show a great amount of attitude, Not pleasant as a frequent Flight traveler. Customer Service Skills needs to improve.

Not only amazingly unreliable, but seemingly deliberately deceptive. I’ve had many delayed and changed flights, which given the low prices I could accept those. But they just changed my afternoon flight to nearly a red-eye without notifying me, and claim they their policy “allows”that, and that they will not change me back to my original flight. Meanwhile they are still selling multiple seats on flights leaving at about the time as my original flight. No apologies, shamelessly cheating their customers.
