Staff does the best they can with limited resources and staffing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After flying several times with this airline, do not recommend it for last minute work trips or emergency trips. Flights are almost never on time, tickets seem very cheap, but have many hidden costs and the total usually ends up being the same or more than other higher quality airlines in Mexico that include more comfortable seating and free snacks and beverages on the same routes.
The company's customer care culture and procedures seem to be tailored more towards confusing and preventing customer from contacting a representative who has the necessary tools needed to solve common problems or delaying resolution of problems until the period allowed for changes and cancelations expires.
The airline's procedures, in general, ignore the needs of customers and make you feel like they are constantly trying to get rid of you or not tend to you with interest.
