Permítanme comenzar esta reseña disculpándome primero en nombre de todo Oaxaca por cualquier mal servicio que alguien pueda recibir de Volaris en este aeropuerto. La gente que trabaja aquí NO es una representación de cómo es la gente de Oaxaca. Estas personas son todo lo contrario. Tratan a sus clientes de una manera absolutamente repugnante que me hace sentir muy descontento como Oaxaqueño y más como un CLIENTE QUE ESTA PAGANDO. Llevo muchos años viajando a mi hermoso Oaxaca y cada vez ha sido igual. Servicio grosero, apático y francamente DISGUSTANTE de Volaris. Nuevamente, esto no es de lo que se trata nuestra gente, y espero que el servicio de Volaris no desanime a nadie de visitarnos. Let me preface this review by first apologizing on behalf of all of Oaxaca for any bad service anyone may receive from Volaris at this airport. The people working here are NOT a representation of what the people of Oaxaca are like. These people are the complete opposite. They treat their customers in an utterly disgusting manner that makes me feel very discontent as a Oaxaqueño and more so as a PAYING CUSTOMER. I have been traveling to my beautiful Oaxaca for many years now, and each time has been the same. Rude, apathetic, and downright DISGUSTING service from Volaris. Again, this is not what our people are about, and I hope that Volaris' service doesn't discourage anyone from visiting.

Que mal capacitados está todo el personal de Volaris de Oaxaca. Un curso de atención al cliente no les caería nada mal. Viaje con mi mascota de apoyo emocional y todos fueron sumamente groseros y poco informados de sus propias reglas. Terrible.

Horrible treatment. I have a two year old son and one huge luggage + one other baby one and one carry-on . The guy "helping" tells me I need to see immigration for a fee across the building. I asked if I could leave my luggage at the check-in because I have my son and I can't carry all of my things. He tells me no, I ask what I can do, he tells me I don't know, ask for help somewhere. I tell him who? He says I don't know. I ask him if they can call help and he says no we're busy. I had four other Passengers before me in line in total. I got to airline early 4 hours and I was just left to sit on the ground and figure out what to do. I ended up carrying one at a time outside and seemed my mom who waited just in case, I called my bf so he could change my flight and I had to ask my mom to fly with me tomorrow. She will, and now they tell me that I can't change it unless it's 24hours before. They did not help me and now they won't change my flight , assistance on the phone told me I need to buy tickets all over again and this company just doesn't care about service or the things they are putting us through. I wish you could sue them for horrible treatment and I will never fly with this degrading company ever again . I recommend you don't fly with kids or alone with these thief.s Luis and Noemi at the airline are robots who were rude and robotic to us. Seeing my son asking for breastfeeding, because of all the waiting I had to do and still they did not want to help me. They were not busy at all. Wow. Serious sue is in order.

Bad customer service. Have checked in my luggage with volaris and went to the security check. We bought a grinder and had it in our had language At the security we have been told that we can not bring it with us. I made clear that I don't understand her in Spanish but she refused to talk to me in English, she did not even bother to bring a colleague to explain the issue to me in English. So we had to go back to volaris, who as well did not let us put the grinder into our checked in bag which was still behind the counter. We explained the issue and they told us that is stated that this is stated as dangerous item. Somewhere printed on a laminated paper in the check in counter where no one is having a look on. Not until you ask for it. While they are obligated to informe you about this. So we ended up to gift it to one of the cleaning ladies while the stuff of volaris had nothing to do as it was not busy. In the end our flight was as well delayed. So both or bag and the stuff was sitting around for a lot of time while we could have put the item into our bag and our experience with the airline and stuff would not have been as bad as it was if they would just put the customer first instead of their laziness.
