Despues, llame para checkar estatus de mi reembolso, y ofertame mil pesos de credito de un vuelo do 10 mil pesos. Son robadores, criminales, y un verguenza a mexico. Robadores! G	Gerardo Garfias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre un vuelo para mi familia y yo, cuando hice el check in apareció un cargo adicional pero los asientos que reserve decían sin cargo y no me dió otra opción más que esa y se me aplico el cargo. Hablé después a atención al cliente Volaris y en más de media hora hable con tres personas y nadie me resolvió que no podían hacer nada siendo que el vuelo ya estaba pagado en su totalidad desde antes y no se compro ningún extra ni eran asientos privilegiados por la zona todo lo contrario fueron asientos ni siquiera reclinables durante el vuelo ubicados en la fila 9 vuelo 112. Diciendo que yo me habia equivocado cuando al dia de hoy aun no hay ni horarios ni tarifas para esa fecha!!! Antes en tarifa vclub incluia equipaje documentado ahora solo incluye de mano, cada vez peor servicio!! They are getting worse, Pay punctuality guarantee they must give you an electronic purse of 1000, they gave me one of 100 I bought a round flight and a return flight and they moved it for a year later !!! Pagamos equipaje para no batallar, y de regreso nos lo quitaron. En servicio al cliente no te resuelven, sol te dicen q ya no pueden hacer nada. perocuando compre los boletos si cobraron todo. A	Arturo Sánchez Jiménez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia fue muy mala tengo 18 años y me pedían ine para pasar pero por el momento no contaba con ella ya que por la causa de la pandemia no podía salir pero lleve mi constancia de que ya está en espera mi ine y es un documento oficial cabe recalcar que marque a la aerolínea y me dijieron que si podía pasar cien ese papel con mi curp y mi acta de nacimiento y una credencial de la escuela y cuando llegamos no me dejaron se pusieron muy prepotentes me ofendieron y todavía cuando pedi que pues si no me dejaban subir al avión que me regresarán el dinero sin embargo el encargado tomo una actitud muy fea poniéndose al tu por tu conmigo que falta de respeto de hablarles haci a sus clientes deverdad que no recomiendo esta aerolínea prefiero pagar más por un buen servicio que pagar menos por rebajarme con gente grosera y prepotente My experience was very bad. Yo perdi un dia entero , tours , traslados , etc por que a ultima hora decidieron que el vuelo de Queretaro a Cancun no salia. PESIMA EXPERIENCIA . En definitiva NO recomiendo en lo absoluto a esta pseudo aerolinea. Viva aerobus te da precios mas bajos y excelente servicio , sus aviones son mucho mas modernos que los que tienen estos de volaris y la atencion es de primera
P	Perla Brisa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manejan publicidad engañosa y al final el vuelo con maletas te sale más caro que si volaras en una aerolínea de primer nivel, pero lo barato sale muy muy caro, además los aviones están en pésimas condiciones. Pague más por mis maletas que por el boleto (un 60% más) tengan mucho cuidado porque aunque la ley dice que deben permitir equipaje no lo hacen y estando ahí te dicen que después te quejes pero por lo pronto debes pagar. Mal muy mal volaris, al final te sale lo mismo que Aeroméxico y ésta última está mucho mejor They handle misleading advertising and in the end the flight with suitcases is more expensive than if you flew on a first-rate airline, but cheap is very, very expensive, and the planes are in terrible condition.
