★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was fine until I asked for a the covid-19 form. The lady who is handling, wouldn't h give me one, not even her name. I saw her give it to someone else, I asked for one because I was having lots of trouble with my phone. I had to ask someone else to do it on her phone and took a picture . It was from Uruapan to Tijuana. I had no trouble but from Uruapan to Tijuana was the worst!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ today was my worst experience on Uruapan airport specialty the customer service lady at front desk she want to charge me 800.00 pesos 40 us dlls for one extra pound. also volaris app doesn't work but to be honest I have no option to chose other airline

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service this time around, volaris lost my luggage, can't help me out, find my luggage, even thoe I payed extra for the special service, someone gonna get an ear full , as soon as I get home.
