Personal amable y aviones relativamente confortables, lo que me gustó es q te quitas muchos problemas del check in desde la aplicación o página de internet y el abordaje es más cómodo. Aunque aún la gente no sigue las instrucciones adecuadamente, haciendo que de repente haya algo de desorden. Pero todo tolerable.
Commercial airline, with both basic and economic services, such as plus or Premiere. Friendly staff and relatively comfortable planes, what I liked is that you get rid of many check-in problems from the application or website and boarding is more comfortable. Even though people still don't follow the instructions properly, suddenly there is some mess. But all tolerable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gustó la forma que tratan el equipaje documentado en Calidad de FRÁGIL al personal responsable de esta área. Me extraviaron un equipaje frágil y quedaron en comunicarse conmigo y hasta ahora no me han resuelto, les marcó y no me responden. Cuando me resuelvan quizá les modifique mi opinión.
I did not like the way they treat checked baggage in FRAGILE Quality to the staff responsible for this area. They lost some fragile luggage and they agreed to contact me and so far they haven't solved me, I called them and they don't answer me. When they solve me maybe I will modify my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio todo en orden desde la hora de abordar asta la hora de bajar del avión excelente servio de acuerdo al precio y costo del vuelo lo compre con mes y medio de anticipación a un super precio muy recomendable si quieres viajar económico no tan cómodo pero tampoco incómodo pero si servicial sin duda lo recomiendo ampliamente

They are very punctual for the departure time, that makes them worthy of 5 stars. I hope they continue to have that efficiency. As for the staff, they are very friendly.
