Pésima atención, nos cancelan el vuelo de Zacatecas a Tijuana por fallas en el Motor del avión, la única solución que nos dan es programar el vuelo para otro día, corriendo el hospedaje por nuestra cuenta, o un voucher electrónico para volver a viajar con ellos, por 2000 pesos!! Jajaja es una burlaaaa, aquí estoy esperando al supervisor
Terrible attention, we canceled the flight from Zacatecas to Tijuana due to failures in the plane's engine, the only solution they give us is to schedule the flight for another day, running the accommodation on our own, or an electronic voucher to travel with them again , for 2000 pesos !! Hahaha it's a joke, here I am waiting for the supervisor

Pesimo ahora solo falta que cobren por respirar. Prefiero irme a aguascalientes a agarrar otra aerolinea que al final pago menos y con mejor servicio que con volaris. Cobran por todo y mas ahora con las nuevas politicas de equipaje. Bye bye volaris jamas volveremos a viajar con uds
Pity now you just need to charge for breathing. I prefer to go to Aguascalientes to grab another airline that in the end I pay less and with better service than with you will fly. They charge for everything and more now with the new baggage policies. Bye bye volaris will never travel with you again

Que les puedo decir que no sepan. Volar con Volaris por ser los más “ baratos “ sale muy caro, en un vuelo redondo tuvieron dos retrasos uno de más de 4 horas y otro por el que perdí mi vuelo internacional, al quejarme con ellos y hacerles saber que de acuerdo con Profeco deben dar un reintegro se niegan a dármelo más que un cupón para otro vuelo con ellos… En serio piénsenlo antes de volar con Volaris
What can I tell you that you don't know. Flying with Volaris for being the "cheapest" is very expensive, on a round flight they had two delays, one of more than 4 hours and another for which I missed my international flight, when I complained to them and let them know that according to Profeco they should give a refund they refuse to give me more than a coupon for another flight with them... Seriously think about it before flying with Volaris

Over priced, I was trying to add extra baggage and it wouldn’t let me I called 3 times no one was able to help me. After trying numerous times I gave up ended up paying 110 dollars at the airport no one help me with this technical problem they had. Horrible experience conclusion they just steal as much money as they can.

Very horrible experience. My flight was originally scheduled for Sunday at 5:04pm. At 4:00pm i hear one of the employees tell a customer your flight is delayed, i go check the screen everything shows on time. They don't make an announcement or anything so im confused. I asked the employee which is the flight that is delayed he says the one to Chicago by an hour and a half. Now new take off time is 6:30pm. It then gets to 6pm and i see no plane i have no notification or email from volaris, screen still says on time and no announcement over the intercom so i go online to track the flight and once again delayed another hour. New time is now 7:30. 7pm comes around and we hear over the intercom the flight has been canceled to go to the front desk to get more information. We get the flight rescheduled for Tuesday at 6am however it is now flying out of guadalajara rather than zacatecas and its a 4 hour ride from thete. We then of course had to rent a car, because it is 5 of us everyone is getting the taxi, so we can get to gdl rent a hotel room since the flight is not until a day later and pay for the rapid covid test. They offered a $200 voucher however i can only use it with volaris and have to use it within a month. Pointless since now im forced to waste more money in hotel transportation and the test. Monday afternoon comes around and i try to check in my new flight and out of my whole family 2 of us were not able to check in on line. I call the customer service number and the girl tells me its because i changed my flight after checking in on sunday and i explained it wasn't me they canceled they flight on us. She seemed confused but did apologize for the canceled flight she said everything seemed fine on the reservation but she couldn't check me in so here i go to the airport to check in. The kiosk couldn't find my reservation and the person in charge of the line tells me i cant check in at the airport until 4 hours before my flight and he said everything was fine with the flight and reservation. Next morning at 2 am i check out of the hotel return the rental i go to the airport because at this point im under the impression that everything is going to be fine since i haven't gotten an email or notification from volaris in regards to my flight. I get up to the front and the first thing they tell me is my flight was canceled simce last night due to the weather and they are moving my flight to Wednesday morning. And they can't offer anything because the flight was canceled due to weather conditions. Now i have to pay extra once again for transportation as well as early check in and another night at the hotel. I was very disappointed because of the lack of communication and the way things were handled. If they would have sent an email or notification as soon as they noticed, or told me when i was asking about my flight i would have understood but no nothing was received. I even have the volaris app and thats pointless. If it was the other way around and i had to cancel or move my flight no matter what the reason was they are quick to charge a ridiculous amount but when it comes to them having to make changes its on their terms and conditions. Very disappointed!!
