Es la mejor tienda de globos en Querétaro, la calidad es inigualable y siempre siempre muestran el mejor servicio al cliente. ME ENCANTA!!

Es súper grosera la chica que atiende. Realmente no saben atender a los clientes, quería que me sugiriera alguna opción para decorar mi globo y de manera grosera me contestó que no tenía tiempo para darme opciones o sugerirme algo.

Excelente servicio, excelente producto, vole Querétaro es excelente en todos los aspectos, hice un pedido desde Colombia para una amiga que vive en Querétaro y a mi amiga le llegó en óptimas condiciones la atención fue oportuna y quede muy satisfecha con el servicio, me parece que es la mejor tienda del mundo, son muy innovadores y hay muchas opciones de diseño, nunca me había sentido tan satisfecha con un producto y/o servicio, ojalá pudiera dar 10 estrellas ??

Es la peor tienda que me an atendió, mi fiesta fue en la mañana y los globos nunca llegaron ... tube que ir a la tienda por que no tenían repartidor que estaba en el df y aun tube que esperar por que ya la tienda estaba cerrada, aparte no son como los de las imágenes no les creas

Los diseños de los globos son los mejores que hay en Querétaro la calidad del trabajo es buena los costos están de acuerdo al mercado el único es el envío es algo elevado lo recomiendo ampliamente

Wow, if I can give it 0 stars, it would be that. The WORST experience ever!!! Please do not trust them with your money! I contacted the company through Instagram (everything is in written record) and made two orders of huge balloons for my special occasion/Birthday. I explained to them several times, the color and design I wanted. They sent me with the wrong color and design, I asked them to fix it, they could not offer any kind of solutions. I had to pay and send someone to travel there by car (1 hour) just to get the balloons and it turned out to be wrong! On top of all of this, I asked several times to speak with the Owner/Manager and no one could provide any kind of reasonable solution. The workers there kept telling me how they weren't wrong, it is my event and I know exactly what I asked for and it is all in written evidence. Customer service was disgusting and this business should be ashamed of themselves! I work for corporate in NYC, I will make sure that this company's ethics is investigated through. Disgraceful for robbing peoples' money, the balloons look NOTHING like their advertisement and pictures on social media and blaming the customers when they are clearly the wrong ones!!
