★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención y efectivo, tiene la mayoría de las piezas y refacciones que se necesita para los modelos de la vw y unas marcas más, la atención es rápida, los empleados tiene una atención media pero aceptable con un poco de flojera que se les refleja al atender; se encuentra espacioso y con vigilancia, les comparto los número telefónico y si tarjeta la cual me proporcionaron en una sucursal ESPERO SEA DE UTILIDAD PARA QUIEN NECESITA ESTOS PRODUCTOS.
Excellent and effective service, it has most of the parts and spare parts that are needed for vw models and a few other brands, the service is fast, the employees have a medium but acceptable service with a bit of laziness that is reflected in the attend; It is spacious and with surveillance, I share the phone numbers and the card that they gave me at a branch. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es frecuente que no tengan piezas básicas. Si las llegan a tener, solo en marcas chinas, que ya puestas te das cuenta que no sirven bien y viene el doble gasto.

Pésima atención, con todo respeto ....¿para que publican un número telefónico si no tienen la atención y la educación de contestar, soy clienta y he ido a lo largo de muchos años a comprar ahí pero no les daria una sola estrella solo por ese detalle fundamental que es indispensable para lo clientes que tenemos el tiempo limitado para ir a realizar compras necesarias y que requerimos de esa atención para asistir con la seguridad de que vamos a encontrar lo que requerimos. Aclaro para publicar se les tiene que dar una estrella para poder subir la publicación y eso es tramposo, ademas de desatentos tramposos. Ah y la única vez que contestaron fue para cancelar la llamada....Nefastos!...Recomiendo mejor Johnny's sobre José Maráa Pino Suárez
