★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por teléfono te dan un costo , y ya cuando vas a comprar la pieza te salen que es más cara la refaccion, aparte de que te hacen esperar una infinidad de tiempo , yo espere más de 40 minutos. No me gustó!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venden refacciones piratas, y solo las pintan y les ponen etiquetas de "original", las pueden checar quitando la etiqueta, donde ponen la etiqueta le raspan con una lija, lo pintan y ponen la etiqueta, tengan cuidado!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asco y lo peor que puedes encontrar acá en puebla tanto está refaccionaria como sus sucursales te venden dizque piezas originales y solo.mandan a hacer etiquetas y buscan cajas para engañar y robar al cliente no se.dejen engañar y después no te regresan ni te cambian sus piezas chafas aunque se los demuestres abusados no compren o saldrán arrepintiendose se los está diciendo alguien con experiencia en VW por más de 20 años en esta marca

Si pides una devolución te tratan peor que si los hubieras robado, cuando en realidad ellos son los que están robando.
Para todo hay bolsillos, deberían ofrecer la sinceridad de saber lo que estás pagando.
Pésima atención por parte de la EMPLEADA que atiende.
