★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Temas que tienen que ser de compras de piezas tienen pésimo servicio a mi parecer, primer caso tardaron 1 mes en hacer un pedido de pieza a la planta, es decir solicito la pieza y no llego hasta 1 mes después (un mes de llamar semanal preguntando por la parte, - no ha llegado llega la próxima semana...) previo se contacto a la marca y me indican que el pedido de la pieza la hicieron 2 días antes de mi llamada y que ese día llego la pieza. Caso 2 solicito piezas para otro vehículo se paga el pedido, me informan que llegaron las piezas, acudo y que no están todas me dan otra fecha, marcan el día que según ya estaba las piezas, acudo y mismo tema falta, me dicen que llegan en otra fecha y así se la llevan, mi recomendación si no te atienden bien, consulta directo con atc Puebla para que les atiendan tan solo como se debería.
