★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada vez que voy a visitarlos desde que son Euroalemana, demuestran que lo.suyo no es la atención ni el servicio. Lástima, tengo 20 años de ir a esa agencia de VW. En esta administración están haciéndolo pésimo en todos los departamentos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio deja mucho que desear, la persona que me atendió me dijo que no podia escoger el color del carro que me iba a tocar el que llegara primero, que no venden de otra forma mas que a través de su credito y que no tenían auto demo del virtus… en cambio en guzman fue muy diferente todo no me pusieron condiciones y si no podían conseguirme el auto demo de gdl me
Conseguían uno para manejarlo, eso demuestra que el problema no es euroalemana en general, solo la de colima

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención de la chica que te recibe al llegar, pero de ahí en adelante la atención se vuelve lenta supongo que es por que concentraron en este lugar los servicios de la seat y de volkswagen. Hace aproximadamente un mes cotizamos la reparación de un ibiza seat, el problema inicial creo que fue la aseguradora según dijo el asesor por lo que recomendó que se ingresara directo, supuestamente pediría las piezas pero es hora que no nos hace ni una llamada de seguimiento.
