★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le hice servicio a mi auto y era cambio de aceite. Cuando me lo mostraron estaba sucio... les dije y me dijeron que era por los residuos del aceite pasado. O sea no limpiaron el depósito o no cambiaron el aceite.
I serviced my car and it was an oil change. When they showed it to me it was dirty ... I told them and they said it was because of the residues of the old oil. Either they didn't clean the tank or they didn't change the oil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De verdad yo esperaba mucho mejor atención, repararon el arnés de mi transmisión y ahorita al revisar lo hicieron con cinta de aislar e inclusive uno lo dejaron sin cubrir, mi mismo sobrino repara mejor los cables con termofit que ellos, son muy poco profesionales porque además les preguntas y no te contestan, si te cobran por cada diagnóstico al menos deberían darte los documentos del diagnóstico, que poco profesionales, jamás me vuelvo acercar a una agencia de Volkswagen.
I really expected much better attention, they repaired my transmission harness and right now when they checked they did it with insulating tape and they even left one uncovered, my own nephew repairs the cables better with thermofit than they do, they are very unprofessional because also You ask them and they don't answer, if they charge you for each diagnosis, they should at least give you the diagnosis documents, which are unprofessional, I never approach a Volkswagen agency again.
