Esto después de haber tenido mi auto por 3 días revisándolo y me mintieron diciéndose que ya estaba todo listo , que solo esperaban las partes. Sin recibir ninguna actualización, siempre estuve que estar hablando yo, para saber como iba avanzando el caso. Y des estar esperando las partes todo cambio a que primero necesitaba realizar el servicio, para poder proseguir. Perdieron un cliente y seguirán perdiendo más con esa atención al cliente. Terrible service, I took my car with an extended warranty for a coconut burner repair and they did not validate it without first forcing me to do the service. This after having had my car for 3 days checking it and they lied to me saying that everything was ready, that they were only waiting for the parts. Without receiving any updates, I always had to be speaking myself, to know how the case was progressing. And since you were waiting for the parts, everything changed to the fact that you first needed to perform the service, in order to continue. They lost a customer and they will continue to lose more with that customer service.
