Me agrado qué me hayan dado opciones de compra y los planes de financiamiento, digo, hay que buscar formas de como vender, algo, pero vender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos a ver una transporter que venden, pero parece que no quieren vender, la camioneta está arrumbada en un rincón, literal abandonada, sin aire en las llantas, sin corriente totalmente descuidada, muy sucia. Evidentemente no nos interesó.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia con un seminuevo empezando con el asesor Carlos Portugal me entrego en malas condiciones el carro nunca me dio la prueba de manejo y una llanta en pésimas condiciones , durante un mes estarle llamando nunca obtuve una respuesta , S e lavo las manos mandándome con el Geerente de seminuevos el sr. César por lo consiguiente igual de nefastos en la atención e igual me da respuestas estúpidas y nunca me arreglo nada igual se lava las manos con la Srita Anahí Martine según Gerente de Mercadotecnia la cuál solo nos dio atole con el dedo y nos dice en tres horas le resuelvo hasta hoy van 10 días y nunca obtuve una solución a mi problema termine comprando la llanta por mi seguridad yo les diría no visiten esa agencia con personal carente de Ética en primera y sentido de responsabilidad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo adquirí un semi nuevo desde el 27 de enero de 2022 firme contrato y llevo un mes sin carro, me traen vuelta y vuelta para darme el vehículo hasta un día fui a la concesionaria para según ya la entrega y no me lo dieron tuve que regresarme en metro porque los uber no aceptaban el viaje, pésimo servicio en cuanto a entrega y papeles me dicen que tenga paciencia pero pues no creo que ellos tengan paciencia a la hora del pago o si? PÉSIMO
Actualización: Ya me entregaron el carro (10/03/22) sin frenos traseros JAJAJA, tengo que cambiarlos ?
Eso si los agentes de ventas muy bien portados y nunca me trataron mal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un poco confuso el servicio de atención a clientes ya do se trata de reembolso de dinero por cancelaciones de pedido comprados en línea. Pero ya en tienda las compras son bastante rápida, buena atención a cliente en Dpto de Electrónica. Buen surtido de artículos y también en el dpto de línea blanca.
A bit confusing customer service since it is about refunding money for cancellations of orders purchased online. But already in the store the purchases are quite fast, good customer service in the Electronics Department. Good assortment of items and also in the appliances department.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO, tengo un auto 2021, lo lleve para el primer servicio y resulta que me quieren cobrar más de $5,000!!! Y si fuera poco me salen que el auto ya no tiene balatas y hasta hay que cambiar los discos, otros $6,000...... Lo había llevado un par de meses antes a revisión (se lo quedaron 1 semana) y me dijeron que estaba bien, en verdad NO RECOMIENDO este lugar, por recomendaciónes llegué a la vw de las águilas! Y nada que ver!! Ahí si un muy buen servicio y honestidad!!! Solo pagaré el 25% de lo que me querían cobrar!!
AWFUL SERVICE, I have a 2021 car, I took it for the first service and it turns out that they want to charge me more than $5,000!!! Cuentan con varias docenas de unidades aparentemente en buen estado, y en todos los modelos.
A las 2 semanas me fallaron los #frenos y la #agencia dudaba el hacerme válida la #garantía, eso hace que uno dude de la calidad de lo que uno compra. Dicen "Bueno, es que el auto lo compró usado..." y eso, es poco ético aunque respondieron por el desperfecto.
En esos casos, la sección de servicio, hace el cargo a la de autos usados. Es mejor hacer que a uno le den garantía por escrito sobre los frenos.
Aún así, la unidad que adquirí, resultó muy buena.

Still, the unit I purchased turned out very good.
