M	Mariana Romero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GNP Seguros Volkswagen Cresta del Valle Volkswagen Se compro una Camioneta Tiguan R Line nueva la cual tardo 2 meses en ser entregada y a menos de 1 mes de su uso presento errores de fabrica ni la agencia ni la marca se querían hacer cargo del problema luego de mas de 3 meses nos dieron la camioneta exigiendo un pago de mas de $30 000. Se pago todo el proceso burocrático para que nos entregaran las placas y tardaron mas de 6 meses. Hoy por una emergencia de salud es necesario venderla y las placas presentan un reporte de robo antes de la fecha en que nos fueron entregadas y ni Volkswagen Cresta del Valle ni GNP Seguros dan ninguna solución. Volkswagen en serio les importa tan poco como sus distribuidores tratan a sus clientes, una camioneta con fallas y aparte con claras malas practicas como dar placas con reporte de robo? Andrade Castro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la primera vez que llevo a servicio en VW, la atención en general, desde la llamada para agendar la cita y también quien me recibió la unidad fue muy atento, los términos en general son los normales, la agencia y recepción están muy limpias. El tiempo que duro el servicio fue de 1:30hr. No quedó tan limpio como un quirófano, cosa que a todos nos gustaría si llevas el auto al servicio de agencia, pero quedó bien.

Mis familiares han tenido malas experiencias en el área de ventas, al momento de querer cambiar un auto el asesor les dio una cuenta para depósito incorrecta! El dinero de un enganche cayó a un cuenta de persona física, no al de la agencia. Y todos defendiendo al agente ratero. La recepción del coche en servicio es lenta, no cumplen con tiempos de entrega y sus encuestas de satisfacción hechas a modo no demuestran la verdadera calidad del servicio, que es pésima. 3 semanas después de que le hicieran el servicio a mi coche me mandaron una cancelación a la factura!!! Obviamente desde mi buzón tributario NO acepté la cancelación, se nota que es una mala práctica de la agencia cancelar facturas para no transparentar sus ingresos. Mucho ojo con esta agencia!!!
