★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está bien, el agente de ventas nos atendió muy bien, lo único malo fue que en el avalúo del auto nos tardaron mucho y en otra agencia la hicieron de volada ...así que el trámite se hizo dónde se hizo más rápido.
 It's fine, the sales agent treated us very well, the only bad thing was that the appraisal of the car took us a long time and another agency did it quickly...so the process was done where it was done faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO, por no decir mas. Llegue preguntando por auto y la srita de recepcion aferrada me mostraba una camioneta y me decia que ese era el vehiculo que yo pregunte. De entrada el "vendedor" lo primero que me dijo NO HAY, hay fila de espera como de 1- 2 meses pero luego se desesperan a los 3 meses y se puede abrir un espacio... ????? Lo ultimo que me dijo fue el precio. Yo ya no quise saber absolutamente nada, si solo esto es una " introduccion" NO QUIERO IMAGINAR EL FUTURO. Si no tienen personal calificado para el fin de semana mejor cierren, darian una mejor imagen.
AWFUL, to say the least. I arrived asking for a car and the clinging receptionist showed me a truck and told me that this was the vehicle I asked for. First of all, the first thing the "seller" told me there is NO, there is a waiting line of about 1-2 months but then they get desperate after 3 months and a space can be opened... ????? The last thing he told me was the price. I no longer wanted to know anything at all, if this is just an "introduction" I DON'T WANT TO IMAGINE THE FUTURE. If they don't have qualified personnel for the weekend, they better close, they would give a better image.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima la atención desde la recepcionista que contesta el teléfono, al parecer se llama Mónica, se da su importancia porque tienen lista de espera, cuando la lista de espera no es porque tengan muchas ventas, sino es debida a la escases de producto. Si te tratan mal desde la recepción no me quiero imaginar el resto del personal.
Buscaremos en otra agencia en la que tengan una mejor actitud.
Terrible attention from the receptionist who answers the phone, apparently her name is Monica, they give their importance because they have a waiting list, when the waiting list is not because they have many sales, but it is due to the scarcity of product. If they treat you badly from the reception I don't want to imagine the rest of the staff.
We will look at another agency where they have a better attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una agencia relativamente nueva en comparación a otras del grupo. Es amplia, limpieza muy buena. Ordenada y eso habla muy bien. El personal, como siempre hay de todo, tanto bueno como no tan bueno. Hace algunos años tuve una mala experiencia con el jefe de mecánicos, pero quizás ya ha de haber Sido dado de baja del equipo.
It is a relatively new agency compared to others in the group. It is spacious, very good cleaning. Tidy and that speaks very well. The staff, as always, has everything, both good and not so good. A few years ago I had a bad experience with the crew chief, but perhaps he has already been dropped from the team.
