★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia en esta agencia ya que lleve mi coche para que repararán un golpe en las puertas y el coche iba con el tanque de gasolina lleno y cuando me lo entregaron ya tenía menos de medio tanque y también sacaron mi coche de el taller ya que le metieron 12km cuando se supone que el coche no debe de abandonar las instalaciones
 Very bad experience in this agency since I took my car to have a knock on the doors repaired and the car had a full tank of gasoline and when they delivered it to me it already had less than half a tank and they also took my car out of the workshop since They put 12km when the car is not supposed to leave the facilities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya va a ser un mes de que mi carro está en reparación de hojalateria y aún no tienen noticias de la pieza que se debe reemplazar (puerta trasera). Dicen que te devolverán la llamada y no te devuelven nada. Realmente hay que estar correteando para que te den alguna pista de los avances de tu reparación y aun así no te dan respuesta precisa. Uno elige a este tipo de agencias porque se supone que dan un mejor servicio pero realmente se están tardando demasiado. Espero que la demora valga la pena ya que ni fotos pueden mandar de los avances.
It's going to be a month since my car is undergoing body repair and they still haven't heard about the part that needs to be replaced (rear door). They say they will call you back and they do not return anything. You really have to be running around for them to give you some clue of the progress of your repair and even then they don't give you a precise answer. One chooses these types of agencies because they are supposed to provide a better service but they are really taking too long. I hope the delay is worth it since they can't even send photos of the progress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy sumamente molesta con esta agencia en especial con hojalatería , 1mes después de haber ingresado mi vehículo , me llevó la sorpresa de que le habían cambiado piezas originales de mi carro por unas desgastadas y usadas, no hicieron el trabajo que se había solicitado, debían reemplazar piezas dañadas por el siniestro que tuve por unas nuevas y lo único que hicieron fue repararlas , y para colmo espere una hora para que me pudieran entregar mi auto.
No se arriesguen y busquen otra agencia
I am extremely upset with this agency, especially with bodywork, 1 month after entering my vehicle, I was surprised that they had changed original parts of my car for worn and used ones, they did not do the work that had been requested, they had to replace pieces damaged by the accident that I had for new ones and the only thing they did was repair them, and to top it off I waited an hour for them to give me my car.
Do not risk and look for another agency

Para seminuevos recomiendo revisar en la página de internet y si estás interesado apartarlo ya que con la situación actual mucho vehículos no duran ni 3 días y ya se vendieron. Algunos precios están muy por arriba del mercado.
The agency is great. The attention is good, the follow-up is also good. There is not much variety. For pre-owned I recommend checking the website and if you are interested, set it aside since with the current situation, many vehicles do not last even 3 days and have already been sold. Some prices are well above the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En la parte de hojalateria y pintura me hicieron mal la pulida porque entro por la aseguradora y me dejó de funcionar el aire acondicionado.
Se ve que están mal organizados y el asesor parece que me hacía un favor atendiendo.
No se los recomiendo mucho por estás situaciones que la asesores no les interesa su trabajo
Más aparte tuvieron un problema interno administrativo y no me querían entregar el día que confirmaron la entrega.
La pensaría meter un auto a servicio a Divol Tlalnepantla
In the part of bodywork and painting they did the polishing wrong because I entered through the insurance company and the air conditioning stopped working.
It is seen that they are poorly organized and the advisor seems to be doing me a favor by attending.
I do not recommend them much for these situations that the advisors are not interested in their work
Furthermore, they had an internal administrative problem and they didn't want to deliver me the day they confirmed the delivery.
I would think about putting a car in service to Divol Tlalnepantla
