Terrible service, the Service Manager does not deign to take a 5 min call. just to give the status of a car.

Terrible service. I'm asking for the price of a distribution kit and the appointment lady doesn't know and it's not even to help and she makes spare parts and leaves you with the horn off the hook. zero customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los vendedores no dan seguimiento. Sus procesos son muy lentos en comparación con otras agencias de la misma marca. Su atención y servicio en general es malo. Lleve mi auto a reparación y si no llamo yo no me dan razón del problema. Llame más de 40 veces directamente a la agencia para que alguien atendiera mi llamada. Nadie lo hizo así que terminé yendo directamente. Si les gusta perder el tiempo y no tienen problema en estarlos persiguiendo es una opción hacer algo con esta agencia, de lo contrario mejor busquen otra opción.
Sellers don't follow up. Their processes are very slow compared to other agencies of the same brand. Their attention and service in general is bad. I took my car in for repair and if I don't call they won't give me a reason for the problem. I called more than 40 times directly to the agency so that someone would take my call. No one did so I ended up going straight. If you like to waste time and have no problem chasing them, doing something with this agency is an option, otherwise you'd better look for another option.
