★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen % de bateo. He llevado mi camioneta 2 veces a esta agencia para mantenimiento y LAS DOS VECES ME ROBARON ALGO... según ellos me van a reponer pero ya ni me contestan las llamadas...
Very good batting%. I have taken my truck 2 times to this agency for maintenance and TWICE THEY STOLE SOMETHING FROM ME ... according to them they are going to replace me but they don't even answer my calls ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, adquiri un Vw up, el cual tenia fallas en el clacxon y en un sensor , al llevarlo a repararlo con "garantia" se aprovecho para una afinación mayor. La cual posteriormente a los 2 meses, me presenta problemas, al ir con mi mecanico de confianza, nos damos cuenta de que no se le hizo nada de la afinacion, CLAARO NO LE PERDIERON A LAS FALLAS QUE ARREGLARON CON "GARANTIA" , OBVIAMENTE NO LE PERDIERON Y ME PICARON LOS OJOS.
CONCLUSIÓN, y sin ofender a nadie, si te gusta que te vean la cara de pendejo vayan ahi, se los recomiendo.

Terrible service, I bought a Vw up, which had faults in the horn and in a sensor, when taking it to repair it with "guarantee" it was used for a higher tuning. Which later, after 2 months, presents me with problems, when going to my trusted mechanic, we realize that nothing was done with the tuning, CLAARO THEY DID NOT LOSE THE FAULTS THAT THEY FIXED WITH "GUARANTEE", OBVIOUSLY NOT THEY LOST HIM AND THEY STITCHED MY EYES.
CONCLUSION, and without offending anyone, if you like to see your stupid face go there, I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son lentos para todo, siempre dejan mal las reparaciones, el tiempo de espera en llamadas siempre ronda los 30 minutos. La mayoría de empleados son incapaces. He tenido ya unas 5 malas experiencias ahí.
Actualización:
Volví a ir, y aunque el servicio no fue rápido debido a que estaban haciendo “inventario de fin de año”, tuvieron el carro listo antes de lo acordado. Por lo que cambio de una a dos estrellas.
They are slow for everything, they always leave repairs wrong, the waiting time for calls is always around 30 minutes. Most employees are incapable. I've already had about 5 bad experiences there.
Upgrade:
I went again, and although the service was not fast because they were doing "end of the year inventory", they had the car ready sooner than agreed. So I change from one to two stars.
