★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardaron más de 30 minutos en atendernos en el taller y la persona que nos debía atender realmente estaba disponible en ese tiempo (sentada en su cubículo o hablando con otros trabajadores). Lo peor, tienes que andar llamando a cada rato para que te envíen el presupuesto para arreglar el auto porque simplemente no lo envían cuando te dicen (y pues barato no es).
They took more than 30 minutes to attend us in the workshop and the person who was supposed to attend us was really available at that time (sitting in their cubicle or talking to other workers). The worst thing, you have to go around calling every so often to get the quote to fix the car sent to you because they just don't send it when they tell you (and it isn't cheap).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes de comprar un VW, pregunten sobre la falla del motor, que se ahoga en reversa o en subidas, y que es defecto de fábrica. Porque una vez que lo compren su auto, les van a inventar que ese problema no existe y que ustedes no saben manejar bien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima agencia para adquirir un auto nuevo , he visitado dos veces la agencia y los vendedores los peores que he conocido, entiendo qué hay desabasto de autos , y entendemos que pueden tardar meses , lo cual estoy dispuesto a esperar, les pedí cotizar y las condiciones para elaborar el pedido , uno de ellos nunca me mando la informacion , el otro que no esta dispuesto a comprometerse, que frustración ojalá tomen cartas en el asunto.
Terrible agency to buy a new car, I have visited the agency twice and the sellers are the worst I have ever met, I understand that there is a shortage of cars, and we understand that it can take months, which I am willing to wait, I asked them to quote and the conditions to prepare the order, one of them never sent me the information, the other who is not willing to commit, what a frustration I hope they take action on the matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En este taller me robaron los lentes de mi esposo y la bolsa que viene en el coche con las cosas para pasar corriente y demás… quedaron de llamarme para verificar y hacerse responsables y nunca lo hicieron! Ademas de que el servicio que le dieron a mi coche fue pésimo y tuve que volver a llevarlo! El Sr. Aron se porto fatal! Nunca dio la cara y solo dio largas! Muy mal con este taller! Cuiden sus cosas porque son unos rateros!
In this workshop they stole my husband's glasses and the bag that comes in the car with the things to jump start and others... they kept calling me to verify and take responsibility and they never did! In addition to the fact that the service they gave my car was lousy and I had to take it back! Mr. Aron was terrible! He never showed his face and only gave long! Very bad with this workshop! Take care of your things because they are thieves!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé a servicio mi vento y se robaron mis cargadores. Cuando pedí amablemente que me los regresaran, me contestaron que al no estar "dentro del inventario" no se podían hacer responsables.
Así que si van a servicio, asegúrense de inventariar sus 4 llantas y volante. Capaz que desaparecen por no haberlas contabilizado antes :(
I took my vento for service and my chargers were stolen. When I politely asked for them to be returned to me, they told me that since they were not "in stock" they could not be held responsible.
So if you go to service, make sure you inventory your 4 tires and steering wheel. Maybe they disappear for not having accounted for them before :(
