★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia de servicio a cliente con el tema de pago y facturación. De verdad es impresionante lo cuadrados que fueron conmigo y adicional, gracias a que me frustraron sólo de llevar el coche a servicio, perdieron una venta importante.
 The worst customer service experience with the issue of payment and billing. It's really impressive how square they were with me and additionally, thanks to the fact that they frustrated me just taking the car in for service, they lost an important sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bien servicio, desde que ingresas al local la atención de la persona de recepción al ofrecerte alguna bebida, si ya tienes asignado algún vendedor.
En mi caso fuí a solicitar información sobre una SUV y quien nos atendió fué Sergio Real y Vázquez, nos dió y explicó las opciones que había de una manera muy clara, tanto así que al final adquirimos una Tiguan 2022.
Gracias a todo el equipo de Volkswagen Volker y en especial a Sergio.
Very good service, from the moment you enter the premises, the attention of the reception person when offering you a drink, if you already have a vendor assigned.
In my case, I went to request information about an SUV and the one who attended us was Sergio Real and Vázquez, he gave us and explained the options that were available in a very clear way, so much so that in the end we acquired a 2022 Tiguan.
Thanks to the entire Volkswagen Volker team and especially to Sergio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es increíble como tienen sometidos a sus clientes potenciales, voy saliendo de preguntar por la pickup y prácticamente me condicionaron:
1. NO la venden si la pagas de contado
2. NO la venden si buscas un financiamiento que no sea el de ellos
3. Para entrar a lista de espera ya tienes que tener crédito aprobado
4. NO la tienen en físico básicamente compras sin saber que te llevas
5. Por la misma razón anterior no hay prueba de manejo
6. Ni siquiera me cotizaron... "Me dijeron pues no hay unidades, le mando la info por whatsapp y unas fotos y video y si le interesa regresa a que le coticemos"
Nunca me había pasado algo así, con tantas condiciones para hacerles el favor de comprarles jaja, es lo que pasa cuando no hay agencias de distintos dueños, no hay competitividad y tienes que jugar con sus reglas, solamente por que de verdad ya no me interesó su producto sino metería quejas a la PROFECO. Espero les sirva para que mejoren su atención al cliente.
It is incredible how they have their potential clients subdued, I started asking about the pickup and they practically conditioned me:
1. They DO NOT sell it if you pay in cash
2. They DO NOT sell it if you are looking for financing that is not theirs
3. To enter the waiting list you must already have approved credit
4. They DO NOT have it in physical basically you buy without knowing what you are getting
5. For the same reason as above there is no test drive
6. They didn't even quote me... "They told me, well, there are no units, I'll send you the info by whatsapp and some photos and video and if you're interested, come back so we can quote you"
Something like this had never happened to me, with so many conditions to do them the favor of buying from them haha, it's what happens when there are no agencies of different owners, there is no competition and you have to play by their rules, just because it really didn't interest me anymore your product but would make complaints to PROFECO. I hope it helps you to improve your customer service.
